I'm a 28 year old software engineer with a degree [Dipl.-Ing. (FH)] in computer science.
I'm currently working for a company specialising in developing and selling lung function diagnostics equipment. My main area of work nowadays is writing windows application software in C# and .NET.
For my previous employer I used to write embedded firmware & software in embedded C++. Things like driver libraries & generally stuff that is considered very geeky...
I do have an avid interest in everything technical. When I was a small kid I used to dismantle radios, tape players, etc. because I wanted to know what made them work. I still do similar stuff these days - the difference is that I can now put those things back together and they even still work!
